Yoga and Meditation Classes



Out in nature under a cathedral of trees, in a meadow of grasshoppers, or beneath a canopy of stars is where I have found the stillness to support a deeper practice of yoga and meditation. 

I am trained in tantric hatha yoga with Agama Yoga School, and hatha yoga with Prana Yoga, and have been teaching since 2012. I offer nature-based meditation, and hatha and vinyasa yoga classes in New York City’s parks and gardens.

All classes have a focus on connecting with the Earth for grounding, learning how to tune into the elements, and hearing the call of Nature as it guides us to better realize our place in the whole. 



I have spent over two decades studying different forms of meditation, and now find my personal practice one of resting in consciousness or awareness, or practicing awareness watching awareness. These practices are taught by my beloved teachers Ramana Maharshi, Adyashanti and Mooji-baba, and I recommend visiting their sites.

I also would point anyone interested in learning more about non-dual teachings to Rupert Spira, Regina Dawn Akers, and Michael Langford. My ministry offers a three-week online course on meditation that I occasionally teach, and I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to deepen their meditation practice. I also offer one-on-one home classes.
